The present paper is dedicated to application of the grapho-analytical methods and economic-mathematical models in order to ensure optimal configuration (from the economical point of view) of the structure of corporate information system. Methods of the graph theory are used in order to build indexes of topology and interaction of the structure. A complex index of quality of structure of corporate information system is proposed. It is demonstrated that it is necessary to use both technical and economical approaches in order to correctly assess the structure of information system.

Algorithmic efficiency

Evolutionary classification method of objects is suggested. Method is based on a ranking of objects relative to the basic element in the multidimensional variable space. Search of the basic element is implemented with the help of modified genetic algorithm. The results of a numerical experiment are presented. They demonstrated a high efficiency of the suggested method.

The paper deals with rationing limits of electrical power consumption based on the enterprises in Kaliningrad region. We present an algorithm providing the optimal rates decision making. As an environment for the implementation of the limits evaluation determining algorithm Matlab-R2008a package was used. The results of experimental verification and economic evaluation techniques are presented.

The article describes a hybrid algorithm of neural network settings using sigma-pi neurons concept. Core of the learning algorithm is a combination of random search algorithms and heuristic algorithms. The process of heuristic algorithm control based on an oscillating neural network is considered. An integrated approach to neural networks training based on sigma-pi neurons allows them to perform training for the time required to adjust the neural network to problems solving. The possibility of using sigma-pi network to estimate the parameters of data transmission channel security based on the analysis of the reflected signal-probing spectrum is discussed. To form the training and test sample network a wireline analysing device was developed.

The task of creating a tool-making support system of industrial enterprise marketing decisions under uncertainty. It is proposed to use the methodology for multi-agent programming situational modeling functioning of the market as a complex socio-economic system and fuzzy inference procedures for handling uncertain information. We consider examples of situational strategies and making ratio- nal marketing solutions for oil and gas service market.

The article offers a model of adopting decision support planning the implementation of corporate information system at the enterprise which is based on the application of multi-agent technologies, situational analysis and type-2 fuzzy sets providing the most complete uncertainty associated with the project of introducing corporate information system. The article deals with realization of the developed model which shows its practical applicability and effectiveness.
