Informatization of control for spacecraft constellation

In this article considers issues related to increasing efficiency of control for spacecrafts with resource restrictions on the basis of the developed automated information system. Problem domain of control for spacecrafts researched. The role of planning authority in conflict-free use of shared control facilities for spacecrafts with increasing constellation and growing load on facilities shows. Analysis of interaction with subscribers planning authority performed, scheme of interaction constructed. The requirements for a developed automated information system of distribution of control facilities for spacecrafts are formulated on the basis of the analysis of problem domain. The methods of an information exchange planning authority with subscribers are offered, their description and comparative analysis are given. Brief description of special software of developed automated information system is resulted. When using this automated system possibility of occurrence conflict situations is completely eliminated.

Connecting the ground spacecraft constellation control units

In this article the analysis of features of information exchange between the elements of ground control complex for spacecraft constellation is carried out. Problem points both technical and organization character is revealed. The automation of information exchange options were suggested, their description and comparative analysis are given, as well as the issues of their implementation related. The information exchange options have been implemented in planning unit. Obtained results showed that usage of the information exchange options improve the spacecraft constellation control efficiency.

Modeling of the situation of allocation control facilities for spacecrafts

Spacecrafts constellation increasing and using few-point its control technology cause increasing workload of both control facilities and planning department, which allocates these facilities. It is necessary to timely predict of the situation of allocation control facilities for spacecrafts to compensate these factors. The factors influenced on evaluated parameters of the situation of allocation control facilities for spacecrafts and their influence are analyzed. The main parameters of the situation are discussed. It is shown that the workload of planning department depends a lot from a number of conflicts during allocation control facilities for spacecrafts. The model of prediction workload of planning department was developed and implemented in MatLAB. The description of its unites is given. A series of model experiments was performed. Some numeric probabilistic characteristics of workload of planning department were obtained. So, the number of conflicts increasing progressively during increasing the number of spacecrafts. The largest number of conflicts is observed at the least number of control facilities. Note that the number of conflicts can vary significantly for the same number of spacecrafts and control facilities. However, the trend of progressive growth of the number of conflicts during increasing the number of spacecrafts is still preserved. In general case, the probability density of the number of conflicts tends to the normal distribution law.
