Currently in many areas there can be observed a dissemination of knowledge, as a main resource of innovative economy. Knowledge (new technologies) can be made and sold. As a result the issue of knowledge assessment became very urgent. To find a solution to it, a variety of approaches appeared and are applied recently. This article discusses the most applied approaches to assess knowledge and it offers new ones, based on the application of intelligent technologies in various aspects.
