Situation management center of combat readiness of arms and military equipment aerospace defense of the Russian Federation

Ways of increase of efficiency of permission of the emergency situations arising on samples of arms, military and special equipment (AME) of Aerospace defense of the Russian Federation with use of an experimental sample of the Center of situational management of JSC «GPTP «Granit» (CSM) are considered. CSM is a comprehensive distributed automated information management system in the area of responsibility of which is the entire territory of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the CSM is the information support of the activities of all participants in the work to provide the required level of readiness AME aerospace defense groups. The key task solved by enterprise’s situational management system is to ensure the continuity of the production process. This task includes the implementation of condition monitoring of work for all contracts and a comparison of this condition with the approved production plan. It is necessary to continuously monitor the presence and location of all resources, as well as the financial performance of each order, the deviation from the schedule planning, etc. CSM provides display of geographically distributed objects in relation to the respective orders as icons on the map. This provides the ability to view the main parameters characterizing the state of the service facilities or work progress. For effective implementation of complex information technology, on which the work is considered the CSM, it requires skilled engineering staff. «GPTP «Granit» solves this problem on the basis of targeted training in cooperation with the Faculty of Information Technologies of Moscow University for Industry and Finance «Synergy».

The use of information technologies at the stages of the life cycle of complex technical systems

The article summarizes authors’ experience of application of information technologies to support the life cycle of complex technical systems (CTS), accumulated independently in the field of creation and administration of such technologies in various industries, from the viewpoint of quality management [1]. Products related to the category of CTS have a number of significant features which make higher demands on the organization of their life cycle (LC). The creation of CTS is usually done interacting collection of companies and organizations that require appropriate management of their work at various stages of the life cycle. Expenses for creation of CTS pays off due to their use over a long service life. Integrated indicator of CTS quality may serve as an indicator of the effectiveness of CTS in the appointment during his lifetime. With the exception of the stage of operation (which is realized the beneficial effects from the use of the product), the remaining stages of the lifecycle are costly. The effectiveness of the lifecycle management of CTS largely depends on the choice of means and methods of process management and lifecycle resources. In scientific and technical literature and promotional materials of some firms are approved on the application of homogeneous PLM systems [3, 4]. The analysis of the structure of events and resources in the lifecycle of CTS (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) shows that the effective application of homogeneous PLM systems is impossible. An integrated life-cycle management system of CTS should be based in a geographically distributed heterogeneous information networks, which is a collection of autonomous problem-oriented information systems, developing independently, provided preserve information compatibility.

Comparative characteristic of methods of cloud ERP-systems construction

The present article is devoted to the analysis of characteristics of methods of installation of cloud ERP-systems. The goal of this work is to develop the algorithm that allows to select most effective method of installation of cloud ERP-systems. This can help the head management of the company in decision making. It also helps provider to improve services. An object of research is process of selection of a method of installation of cloud ERP-systems. With growth of the company the operational load increases, such changes require extension of functionality of enterprise information systems that first of all is reflected in ERP-systems. The problems in processes and control mean a need of transition to cloud ERP. This article provides study of the possibility of transfer of the existing ERP-systems to the cloud environment, comparement of characteristics of different installation methods and contains conclusions regarding the efficiency of installation methods for different specifics of the enterprises. The analysis shows that it is necessary to study needs of the organization and specifics of its business activity first. SaaS suits many companies in terms of simplicity and short term. Hybrid solutions allow some companies to save old production scheme while granting the flexibility of the processes that are not connected to production. The on-premises model loses its relevance as the functional capabilities and reliability of cloud computing constantly grow. The implemented solutions stop companies from using cloud ERP. However, hybrid solutions allow to save investements made into ERP while providing efficient cloud solution.

Mobile application technologies in business

The work is devoted to the analysis of the modern market of mobile applications for business. The purpose of this study is to identify promising technologies for developing mobile applications for business, to study the directions for the development of mobile business applications. For this, the state of the market at the moment, its development and prospects were considered. The analysis of the dynamics of the development of the Russian and global market of mobile business applications has been carried out, the most significant developments in this field today have been considered. The main advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions are identified. According to the results of the analysis, a universal approach was proposed that allows the use of mobile applications in conjunction with desktop information systems to improve overall business performance. The demand for this study lies in the fact that currently there is an active digitization of society, increasing the mobility of members of society, as well as the need for new and modern technological solutions. The scientific novelty of the work is to justify a new approach to the development of mobile applications for use in conjunction with existing systems for automating business processes and business functions, which consists in separating the data presentation tools in a mobile application from the business logic of interacting systems. The proposed approach to the development will allow the use of the mobile application in different directions and areas of activity, since it provides flexible customization for any end user requests. Due to the potentially large interest from users, the proposed approach will reduce the price for a single application — due to the expected popularity of the product and the breadth of its distribution.
