Difficulties in solving problems of planning and recording for organization information systems

The solution of problems of planning and operational records in the modern information systems still introduce some problems. The especially difficult specified problems dare in cases when technological process has stochastic character. Technological processes influencing planning problems and operational records have been considered in the article. Variants of the production planning model and the organization of constructing systems for operational records have been discussed.

The features of the educational process under conditions of transition to three-tier training system are considered. The contradictions between the graduates expectations and labor market characteristics are stated. A version of an information system is suggested that allows the student-employer relationship establishing and correct competencies taking into account the real needs of the labor market.
