Programming tools for the optimal performance of control and coordination system of urban passenger traffic using the global positioning systems

In article some results of performance of research work «Development and coordination of work of city passenger transport in the Udmurt Republic (Izhevsk) for 2010 – 2014» are brought, and also the personal experience of the author connected with practical working out of the software for solving problems of the organization and monitoring of work of public transport is generalized.
