Methods and models for assessing the effectiveness of the use of cloud computingThough for the last years «cloudy» services gained popularity at the enterprise. Providers offers
many various models of cloud computing, for example IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, but often don’t give proof
why cloud services implementation in the company make more effectiveness business. Today we have
many methods or models for assessing the effectiveness for traditional IT. The idea of cloud computing
is not actually new but existing approaches to the use of cloud computing resources is not efficient.
In this article systemized basic traditional methods and models for assessing the effectiveness
of the use of IT in the company. The revealed a positive and negative effects traditional methods and
models for assessing the effectiveness cloud computing. Discusses the various models of cloud computing
which could enable businesses to face market volatility in an agile and cost-efficient manner.
This article discusses different approaches assessing the effectiveness of the use of cloud computingin
the company using the parameters of price elasticity, models Stone and Slutsky equation. Also
discusses approaches to raising customer value of cloud system integration services designed for the
needs service providers. Research how customer income impact on price cloud service for providers.
The system of indicators for assessing the value of the transition to cloud computing to businesses are
offered. Steps for company which want to implementing cloud services in your infrastructure are offered.
Study results of the obtained model sand methods are discussed.

Decision making use of cloud services methods for evaluating the intangible benefits and rationing of capital
Though for the last years «cloudy» services gained popularity at the enterprise. Providers offers
many various models of cloud computing, for example IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, but often don’t give proof
why cloud services implementation in the company make more effectiveness business. This article
discusses whysome enterprises have different costs, even when other conditions are equal and how
company can use cloud service for rise goodwill value. Discusses there are many methods for determination
of the goodwill value, but none of them has not been adopted in the Russian legislation yet.
Reveals differences in the approaches to assessing the business reputation of the company and determined
the optimal cloud service pricing model, taking into account the company’s needs in intangible
assets. We investigate different models for assessing the effectiveness of cloud services in the company.

Planning of activities in the IT-company in conditions of uncertainty taking into account the use of cloud services
This article discusses the planning of the IT company’s activities taking into account the use of cloud
services. The definition of the company in the IT industry is analyzed. The existing definition of the
IT company is added to the question under consideration. Various aspects of the company’s operational
and strategic planning are considered, taking into account the use of cloud services. Comparison
of operational and strategic management is given. In conditions of uncertainty, a game model is constructed
with an analysis of the IT strategy of the company planning to use cloud services. We consider
a model of game with nature, where the second side is external factors. On the basis of an optimistic
and pessimistic criterion, optimal solutions are chosen in the constructed model for cloud services.
An example is given based on existing cloud services and the model built.
