Performance management

In this article considers issues related to increasing efficiency of control for spacecrafts with resource restrictions on the basis of the developed automated information system. Problem domain of control for spacecrafts researched. The role of planning authority in conflict-free use of shared control facilities for spacecrafts with increasing constellation and growing load on facilities shows. Analysis of interaction with subscribers planning authority performed, scheme of interaction constructed. The requirements for a developed automated information system of distribution of control facilities for spacecrafts are formulated on the basis of the analysis of problem domain. The methods of an information exchange planning authority with subscribers are offered, their description and comparative analysis are given. Brief description of special software of developed automated information system is resulted. When using this automated system possibility of occurrence conflict situations is completely eliminated.

The paper addresses the fundamental issues of operating modes optimization of the mining system «bottom-hole formation zone — the well — pump installation based on SOCRATES intelligent software and hardware complex which performs monitoring, diagnostic and adaptive control of individual wells in oil production. Data on the research results regarding intellectual submersible pump drive of intelligent well using information technology are given.

Contours vectorization methods are widely used in robotics, CAD, GIS and other applications. The paper considers the two methods based on the specially designed description subsystem. The qualitative, quantitative and timing parameters are compared using the developed image database.

The model for optimal words selection for he automated text translation is proposed. A number of scheduling algorithms optimising target function were developed and comparative analysis was done. A simplified mathematical timetable modelis used. Computational experiments were made and the results obtained for various input data are considered.

The article presents the models and algorithms for integrated logistics support of projected technological as well as steam and hot water pipelines. The prooposed models and algorithms enable to determine automatically the pipeline parameters compliant to technical specifications.

Network Technologies

We consider the combined algorithm for radial basis neural network parameters selection based on fuzzy immune optimization algorithm. Evolutional construction of antibodies and the use of fuzzy adaptive resonance neural network are used to adapt the neural controller learning algorithm for solving the optimization problem. The possibility of using this kind of neural networks to construct an adaptive network information router and ensuring the integrity of its structure from the targeted destruction is considered.

Information networks are the critical resource of large enterprises, providing high information transmission, processing and receiving speeds. The main objective of the introduction of technology is to create a data center, which can be solved on the basis of the principle of virtualization. The paper presents the results of numerical experiments evaluating the reaction times of server systems based on the principles of the hardware versus server systems based on the principles virtualization. The comparative analysis is given and an approach to physical drives replacement by data storages is suggested.

In this paper, decision making problem at the pre-feasibility study stage characterized by shortage of information on alternatives and multiple criteria is formulated. Two-level examination of the problem is suggested as well as appropriate architecture of decision support system and techniques using two methods of multi-criteria analysis are provided. Procedures to reduce the efforts of experts for working with the information system and taking into account their fuzzy preferences are introduced into the analysis.

The article presents a method for estimation of byzantine fault probability in asynchronous fault-tolerant distributed systems. Unlike its analogues the method allows to consider heterogeneous nodes and correlations between their faults.

Target function optimization of estimation and prognostication program of data storage systems reliability in enterprises management systems taking into account economic aspect is done. Economic meaning of the terms used in this case is considered in detail. It is shown that exactly correct calculation of all possible forms of the losses allows use the target function to prove the effectiveness of investment in the development of this program.

The correct choice of informative indicators is a crucial factor affecting the efficiency of enterprise financial management. Against all others indicators profit and cash flow values are considered nowadays to be the most widely adopted while conducting financial analyses. The article presents some conclusions obtained by underlying statistical analysis applied to the modern Russian economy environment which may be helpful while selecting the most significant indicator in terms of value based approach to financial management. The data used in analyses reflect the 2011 performance indicators for 240 Russian companies.
