Architectural models that become popular in the last 10–15 years are especially important at the meso- and macro-levels. The article reveals the concept of the so-called e-government architecture. In this regard progress of leading countries such as the U. S., Britain, Germany and Russia in this area has been examined and the architecture of a hypothetical government organizational design as well as the methodology for its projection in the documents were defined.

Performance management

The models for comparative analysis of innovation based on the use of information approach A. A. Denisov are proposed. The models may be used for evaluating the innovation effects regarding their impact on the achievement of the organization’s goals and feasability issues as well as for analyzing innovations development over time and taking into account their mutual influence.

The article proposes a new approach to intervention analysis on the economic performance of the organization using the neural network of problem oriented architecture. The results of model application experiments using the Yota company turnover data demonstrated better standard deviation values versus the corresponding values for ARIMA based model.

Software engineering

Software development technologies

The issues of implementing integrated management based on the model-driven development (MDD) approach to software development practice are considered. The requirements to management system are determined, the algorithms and the basic documents of process management are suggested, management subsystem is formed.

Algorithmic efficiency

The problem of compression of hyperspectral remote sensing data is considered and a multi stage algorithm proposed. Formation of a large redundancy auxiliary data based on their byte representation and accounting inter-channel correlation is used to increase the compression ratio of the algorithm. Some results of studies on the effectiveness of compression of hyper spectral space images made by the proposed compression algorithm with the purpose and specialized archiving software are given.

A MLP based algorithm for combining expert opinions using algorithmic composition with a dynamic mechanism to assess the coefficient of confidence in each expert is suggested. In order to increase the effectiveness of the experts the possibility of modifying the standard gradient algorithms learning methods based on the use of combined heuristics as well using experts in the Intrusion Detection System in the network is discussed.

Network Technologies

Author: O. Novikov

This article presents various techniques for building fast recommender systems based on dimension reduction and classification of web site usage data. The main web site types using recommendation systems are given and their features discussed.

Simulation

Actor modeling

The paper presents the concepts and methodological basics of design, building and application of simulation models in the environment of Actor Pilgrim simulation system. The key features of the system compared to its earlier version are discussed as well as system capabilities to meet the challenges of managing complex economic processes, training and research tasks. The methods and techniques of practical work on the creation of and running the models using the system Actor Pilgrim are considered.

A method of assessing the quality and marketability of modern software using desirability functions is given in the article. The experiments validate the performance of the developed procedure and its suitability for the objective evaluation of the marketability of other products.

The task of building an expert system investment planning which selects the analytical tools of the investment project and determining profitability of the project is considered. The expert system uses a method of evaluation based on the criteria that are implemented in the form of a knowledge base of facts. The knowledge base implements the ability to analyze project data entered and doesn’t require the finished project data to be presented in it.

Teacher’s portfolio

Mathematical models in economy

The notion of and the connection between the book value and the market value are discussed. Analyzed are the relationships existing in Russian market environment between these values and the enterprise value as well as their derivability of conventional financial indicators. The indicators affecting enterprise value and enterprise price and their influence on company growth forecasting accuracy and value based management decisions are identified.

Point of view

Methodology of science

The paper identifies the basics and features the «integration» technology that should be encouraged to organize to organize scientific research in the direction of «artificial intelligence». The necessity of this integration technology is justified. The recommendations are based on the fact that the integration should guide and lead to the creation of algorithmic models
